Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 7spine platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all bonus balances and pending withdrawals derived from bonus play.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any verified real-money balance (net of fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse) will be retained in the account and made available for withdrawal upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, subject to applicable regulatory hold requirements.
You may close your 7spine account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures and applicable KYC verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spine's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
